Ladies and Life First Fitness clubs
Covering the East Midlands
We have three club across
the East Midlands. Our head office - in Earl Shilton
- is a mixed Life First club and our two other
clubs in Kettering and Rugby are ladies only Ladies
First clubs.
Our health and fitness clubs
offer excellent facilities and include fully equipped
gymnasiums, personal trainers, aerobics studios, group
classes, toning room*, sun beds, slimming clubs, steam
rooms*, saunas*, showers, changing rooms, crèche and
free car parking.
